- and Payment Regulation:
- Booking status confirmed when first payment minimum 50% before latest of payment date as noted later in our reservation system, and full payment should be paid 07 days before vehicle used.
- Every booking will be noted in our reservation system, we will send you your reservation code and key to your email. This code and key can be used to access detail information of your reservation status as noted in our reservation system.
- Our system will cancel your reservation when payment did not made as payment regulation above.

- General terms of cancellation :
- If there is any cancellation from the client, and clien already make a payment or full payment has been done. Then the cancellation provisions and procedures comply with the provisions of the bus company selected by the client.
- Cancellation before 14 days before the date of the use of buses cost 25% of the total value of the lease.
- Cancellation before 7 days before use be charged 50% of the total value of the lease.
- Cancellation less than 6 days before the date of use, be charged 100% of the total value of the lease.
- In High Season Period: Cancellation, automatically advances that have paid to be forfeited
- Do not make any payments before you see the status of your order through our reservation system.
- For coporate circles, we inform you that the price excluding VAT.
- Client can not claim because the existing facilities in the vehicle are not working, such as TV, DVD, Karaoke, WiFi or other facility that is actually his only bus facility.
